Refunds & Exchange
At Purrify, we want you to shop with confidence. While we don’t accept returns for change of mind, we’re happy to resolve any issues with defective or damaged items.
1. Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

All returns require proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
We do not accept returns for:

Used, opened, or altered items
2. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.
3. Exchanges

If stock is available, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.

If a replacement is not available, we’ll issue a full refund.
4. Filters & Consumables
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on filters, pods, or other consumable accessories once opened or used.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@purrify.co within 30 days of delivery.

Clear photos of the product and packaging, with the shipping label visible
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Purrify will cover the return shipping cost if the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
6. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Priority shipping fees and shipping protection costs are non-refundable.
